A simple hack, everyone tells you to drink 6-8 glasses of water each day.


Initially i drank semi cold water.

Huge mistake.

Cold Water as it enters your body it shocks it, just the same as if you jumped into a cold pool.

So i switched, to drinking boiled and warm water, only.

I have now been doing that for the past 2 months. The difference in how i feel & my cravings for extras, has been stark. I am comforted by the warmth of the water as i drink it, so much so that i no longer crave sweetness or bad foods, knowing how damaging these are to my organs and general health. Not to mention how counter reactive it is to the benefits of my daily consumption of warm water.

We sometimes disregard the most simple of changes, seeking a dramatic step to lead us to change, yet the most simple steps will cause a dramatic shift in your physical health.
